Gigi Gorgeous: podcast appearances and interviews

Gigi Gorgeous, born Giselle Loren Lazzarato on April 20, 1992, is a Canadian YouTuber, socialite, actress, and model. She began uploading video blogs to YouTube in 2008, which gained popularity and helped establish her online following. She also created and starred in the reality program The Avenue from 2011 to 2013. After a brief hiatus, she gained additional media attention in 2013 after coming out as a transgender woman and adopting the name Gigi Gorgeous. In 2014, she documented her gender transition through social media videos focused on cosmetic procedures, which achieved viral status. Her gender transition and personal story attracted widespread media coverage, including an incident in 2016 involving her being deported from Dubai due to her transgender identity. Her life was documented in the 2017 documentary This is Everything: Gigi Gorgeous, directed by Barbara Kopple, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and received several accolades including a Streamy Award. Besides her work online, Gigi Gorgeous has pursued acting and modeling.
