Geoff Keighley is a Canadian video game journalist and television presenter born on June 24, 1978. He is known for hosting and producing a variety of major events in the video game industry, including the Game Awards, which he has led as the executive producer and host since its inception in 2014. Keighley also hosts and produces Summer Game Fest and has served as a host for live events at trade fairs such as Gamescom and E3. His prior work includes hosting the video game show GameTrailers TV and hosting G4tv.com. As a freelance writer, Keighley's work has been published in outlets such as Kotaku.
