Emma White: podcast appearances and interviews

Emma White, born on August 23, 1997, is the founder and president of the Life Is Worth It Organization. She is a former professional racing cyclist who competed from 2016 to 2021 for the UCI Women's Continental Team Rally Cycling. During her cycling career, White participated in both track and road racing disciplines. She was part of the American team that won the team pursuit at the 2020 UCI Track Cycling World Championships and contributed to medals in the same event at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 and the 2019 Pan American Track Cycling Championships. Additionally, she earned two silver medals at the 2015 UCI Road World Championships, finishing behind teammate Chloé Dygert in both the time trial and road race. After retiring from professional cycling, White focused on her leadership role within the organization she founded, which aims to make a positive impact in her community.
