Emma Spence: podcast appearances and interviews

Emma Kathryn Mary Spence, born on February 27, 2003, is a retired Canadian artistic gymnast. She has been a member of the Canadian National Team and competed at the international level. Spence represented Canada at the 2022 World Championships, where she contributed to the team winning their first-ever team medal, a bronze. She also secured a bronze medal with her team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. In individual competitions, she earned a bronze medal on vault at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, demonstrating her skill early in her career. Additionally, she achieved individual success at the 2022 Commonwealth Games by winning bronze medals in the all-around and on the balance beam. Before her retirement, she was a former Division 1 gymnast at the University of Nebraska and competed extensively representing Team Canada Gymnastics. Throughout her career, Spence has been recognized for her contributions to Canadian gymnastics and her achievements on the international stage.
