Elisabeth Singleton Moss is an American actor, director, and producer born on July 24, 1982. She is widely recognized for her roles as Peggy Olson in the AMC series Mad Men, which aired from 2007 to 2015, and June Osborne in the Hulu series The Handmaid's Tale, which began in 2017. In addition to her acting career, she has also contributed as a producer. Moss has received numerous awards, including two Golden Globe Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards, and she has been nominated for a Tony Award. She started acting in the early 1990s and gained early attention for her portrayal of Zoey Bartlet on the NBC series The West Wing, which she played from 1999 to 2006.
