Vin Gupta is an American public health physician and pulmonologist. He is a prominent medical analyst for NBC News and MS NOW. Gupta is a Managing Director of Health Innovation at Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, LLP. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Amazon. Gupta also holds an affiliate professorship at the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation. He is an attending physician at Virginia Mason Medical Center. Additionally, Gupta leads the Critical Care Air Transport Team for the United States Air Force Medical Service Reserves, based at Joint Base Lewis–McChord.
