Delta Lea Goodrem AM, born on November 9, 1984, is an Australian singer, songwriter, and actress. She has achieved significant success on the ARIA Singles Chart, with a total of nine number-one singles and 17 top-ten hits. Over her career, she has sold more than eight million albums worldwide and has received numerous awards, including three World Music Awards, 12 ARIA Music Awards, and an MTV Video Music Award. Goodrem signed a recording contract with Sony Music at the age of 15 in 1999. Her debut studio album, Innocent Eyes, released in 2003, topped the ARIA Albums Chart for 29 non-consecutive weeks and is one of the best-selling albums in Australia, with over four million copies sold. Her second album, Mistaken Identity, released in 2004 during her cancer treatment, became her second number-one album. Her third album, Delta, was released in 2007 and also reached number one, featuring the hit single In This Life. Goodrem's subsequent albums include Child of the Universe (2012), Wings of the Wild (2016), and Bridge over Troubled Dreams (2021), all of which have produced chart-topping singles. She served as a coach on The Voice Australia from 2012 to 2020, including a season coaching on The Voice Kids. Since 2020, she has hosted the Christmas special Christmas with Delta.
