DeCovan Kadell Brown, born November 29, 1968, is an American former professional basketball player and current executive. He played twelve seasons in the National Basketball Association from 1990 to 2002, representing the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors, and Orlando Magic. Throughout his NBA career, Brown established himself as a versatile player and contributed to his teams over a decade-long period. Following his playing career, he transitioned into basketball administration and executive roles. Brown has held executive positions with the Orlando Magic, Detroit Pistons, and Sacramento Kings. In addition to his NBA experience, he has served as Vice President of Holistic Player Performance with the Los Angeles Clippers. His family includes his daughter Lexie Brown, who plays for the Seattle Storm of the Women's National Basketball Association.
