Deborah Ross: podcast appearances and interviews

Deborah Ross (née Koff) is an American lawyer and politician born on June 20, 1963. She has served as the U.S. representative for North Carolina's 2nd congressional district since 2021. Her district, based in Raleigh, encompasses much of the city and surrounding areas in Wake County. Ross is a member of the Democratic Party and previously served in the North Carolina House of Representatives from 2003 to 2013. During her tenure in the state legislature, she represented the 38th and then the 34th House districts, which included northern Raleigh and neighboring suburbs. In addition to her legislative experience, Ross was the Democratic nominee in the 2016 U.S. Senate election in North Carolina, where she challenged the incumbent Republican Richard Burr. Throughout her political career, she has been involved in various legislative and electoral activities within the state and at the federal level.
