Debbie Phillips, born on October 12, 1969, is the president of The Quadrillion. She has a background in public service as a former Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives. During her legislative career, she represented the 92nd District until 2009, and after the districts were redrawn, she served the 94th District starting in 2012. In addition to her legislative duties, she held the position of assistant minority whip. Currently, she serves as the chief executive officer of Rural Action, an organization focused on rural development and sustainability.
