David Seaman is an English former footballer and current advocate of alternative currencies. He is best known for his career as a goalkeeper for Arsenal and the England national team. During his playing career from 1981 to 2004, Seaman earned 75 caps for England, making him the country's third-most capped goalkeeper. He played for several clubs, including Peterborough United, Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers, and Manchester City, but his most notable tenure was with Arsenal. With Arsenal, he won three league championships, four FA Cups, the League Cup, and the European Cup Winners Cup. He represented England in two FIFA World Cups and two European Championships.
