Daniel James Roebuck, born on March 4, 1963, is an American actor and writer with an extensive career in film and television. His notable film roles include Samson 'John' Tollet in River's Edge, Deputy Marshal Robert Biggs in The Fugitive and its spin-off U.S. Marshals, and Mr. Banks in the Agent Cody Banks films. Roebuck has appeared in multiple films directed by Rob Zombie, such as The Devil's Rejects, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, and 3 from Hell. He has also portrayed Lou 'Big Lou' Martini in Halloween and Halloween II, Pastor Victor in 31, and The Count in The Munsters. His collaborations with director Don Coscarelli include roles in Bubba Ho-Tep, John Dies at the End, and Phantasm: Ravager. Roebuck's television appearances include playing Cliff Lewis on Matlock, Officer Rick Bettina on Nash Bridges, and Dr. Leslie Arzt on Lost.
