He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Milwaukee Brewers, and New York Mets. Known among baseball fans for his small stature, standing at 5 feet 6 inches, he was one of the smallest pitchers in recent MLB history. Herrera was recognized for his unique pitch repertoire, notably for being one of the few to throw a true screwball.
