Christopher Duntsch: podcast appearances and interviews

Christopher Daniel Duntsch, born on April 3, 1971, is a former American neurosurgeon known for causing significant harm to numerous patients during his medical career. Working at hospitals in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, he was accused of injuring 33 out of 38 patients over a period of less than two years. His actions resulted in the maiming of 31 patients and the deaths of two others. Despite the severity of these allegations, Duntsch was allowed to continue practicing medicine for some time because hospital officials and regulators found it difficult to believe that a surgeon could be so incompetent. His medical license was eventually revoked by the Texas Medical Board in 2013. In 2017, Duntsch was convicted of maiming one of his patients and received a life sentence in prison.
