Chris Whitaker: podcast appearances and interviews

Chris Whitaker is a British author recognized for his novels Tall Oaks, All the Wicked Girls, We Begin at the End, and The Forevers. His debut novel, Tall Oaks, received the CWA John Creasey New Blood Dagger Award in 2017. We Begin at the End became a New York Times bestseller and earned multiple accolades, including the CWA Gold Dagger, the Theakston Crime Novel of the Year, and the Ned Kelly Award in 2021. The book was translated into 28 languages and was optioned by Disney's 20th Television for development into a television series.

In 2023, Orion Publishing Group acquired two of Whitaker's books, including All the Colours of the Dark, published in 2024. A television adaptation of this novel was announced in 2024, with Universal Content Productions, Thousand Voices, and Dinner Party Productions involved in the series' development and showrunning. Whitaker's body of work has been widely recognized for its storytelling and critical acclaim within the literary and entertainment industries.
