Christopher Eugene O'Donnell, born on June 26, 1970, is an American actor known for his roles in both film and television. He began his career as a model and appeared in commercials before making his film debut in the comedy-drama Men Don't Leave in 1990. O'Donnell gained recognition with supporting roles in Fried Green Tomatoes and School Ties, and his performance in Scent of a Woman in 1992 earned him a Golden Globe Award nomination. He starred in films such as The Three Musketeers and Circle of Friends and is notably recognized for portraying Dick Grayson, also known as Robin, in the superhero films Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. His versatility extends to portraying historical figures, including Ernest Hemingway in In Love and War. During the 2000s, he appeared in films like Vertical Limit, Kinsey, and Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, as well as starring in the TNT miniseries The Company. O'Donnell's most prominent television role was as G. Callen in the CBS series NCIS: Los Angeles, a role he played across fourteen seasons from 2009 to 2023.
