Chris Mitchell: podcast appearances and interviews

Christopher Philip Mitchell was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a defender or midfielder. During his career, he played for several clubs including Falkirk, Ayr United, Bradford City, Queen of the South, and Clyde. At Queen of the South, he achieved notable success by winning the Scottish Challenge Cup and the SFL Second Division in his first season, and he was also named in the division's PFA Scotland Team of the Year. Mitchell's career was impacted by complications from spinal surgery, which disrupted his third season at Queen of the South. Following his departure from Clyde in 2016, Mitchell transitioned from professional football to a new career in leadership psychology and training. He was affiliated with Lighthouse Leadership Psychology and Training. Mitchell faced significant personal challenges, including depression, which he struggled with after his football career was halted. His life was tragically cut short when he committed suicide at the age of 27.
