Chris Kane: podcast appearances and interviews

Chris Kane, born in August 1976, is a Scottish politician affiliated with the Labour Party and serving as the Member of Parliament for Stirling and Strathallan since 2024. Before his election to Parliament, he was a local councillor representing the Stirling East ward beginning in May 2017. He also held the position of council leader from May 2022. Kane initially ran for Parliament in the Stirling constituency during the 2017 general election but was not successful in that campaign. In addition to his political career, Kane has a background in journalism and radio broadcasting. His early experiences include helping to tidy up in his father’s electrical shop, establishing a diverse professional foundation prior to his full-time engagement in politics.
