Chip Gaines: podcast appearances and interviews

Chip Carter Gaines, born on November 14, 1974, is an American actor, producer, television personality, contractor, and author. He is well known for starring in the television show Fixer Upper alongside his wife Joanna Gaines, which began airing on HGTV in 2013. Prior to filming the pilot of Fixer Upper, Gaines and his wife had already renovated one hundred houses as part of their business endeavors. In addition to his television work, Gaines and Joanna serve as the leaders of the media brand Magnolia. This brand includes an e-commerce site, the Hearth & Hand with Magnolia home décor collection for Target, the lifestyle magazine Magnolia Journal, and the Magnolia Network television channel that broadcasts Fixer Upper and its spinoffs. The Gaineses also established Magnolia Realty, a real estate brokerage founded in 2003, and they have developed the Magnolia App. Gaines is also an accomplished author, having written two self-help books that reached the New York Times bestseller list, and he is a co-author of the memoir The Magnolia Story with Joanna.
