Chase Iron Eyes, born on March 6, 1978, is a Native American activist, attorney, and politician who is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. He is involved in various advocacy efforts, including membership in the Lakota People's Law Project. He is also a co-founder of the Native American news website Last Real Indians. In April 2016, Iron Eyes announced his candidacy for the United States House of Representatives in North Dakota's at-large congressional district. He was not elected, losing to the incumbent Kevin Cramer.
