Chael Sonnen: podcast appearances and interviews

Chael Sonnen is an American sports commentator, MMA analyst, submission grappling promoter, and retired mixed martial artist. He began his MMA career in 1997 and competed for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he became a top contender in both the light heavyweight and middleweight divisions. Sonnen challenged for both the UFC Light Heavyweight and UFC Middleweight Championships. In addition to the UFC, he fought in organizations such as World Extreme Cagefighting, Pancrase, and Bellator MMA. Known for his skills and aggressive trash-talking, Sonnen is often considered one of the best mixed martial artists never to have won a major MMA world championship and one of the sport's most notable trash-talkers. Since retiring from competition, he has worked as an MMA analyst for ESPN, beginning in 2014. In 2016, he founded Submission Underground, a submission grappling promotion. He is currently the lead commentator for Real American Freestyle, a professional freestyle wrestling promotion.
