Caleb Brown is the CEO of New Planner Recruiting. Born on 8 March 1987 in Gold Coast, Australia, he is a former rugby union player who played as a winger for the Queensland Reds in the Super 14 competition. Brown also represented the Australian U21 team and demonstrated notable talent early in his career. He was contracted by the Reds directly from The Southport School in January 2005, making him the first schoolboy to join the team since Elton Flatley a decade earlier. Brown's performance in his debut year in 2006 was impressive, and he played a key role in the Queensland team during the Australian Provincial Championship. He was recognized as a promising talent for the future of Australian rugby, with potential inclusion in the Wallabies for the 2007 Rugby World Cup. Additionally, Brown represented Australia on the IRB Sevens circuit in 2008, participating in tournaments in Hong Kong, Australia, England, and Scotland. In 2008, he signed a two-year contract with Western Force, aiming to expand upon his 11 Super Rugby caps accumulated with Queensland Reds. He joined the Western Force's development tour in the UK and Europe but had to retire from all forms of rugby that same year due to a recurring hamstring injury.
