Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick, born on December 17, 1973, is an American politician, attorney, and former FBI agent who has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2017. His congressional district, located in Pennsylvania, encompasses all of Bucks County, a predominantly suburban area north of Philadelphia, as well as a portion of Montgomery County. Fitzpatrick was first elected to Congress in 2016 and has been re-elected multiple times, including for a fifth term in 2024. Known for his moderate Republican stance, he shares similarities with his brother Mike Fitzpatrick.
