Brad Murphy: podcast appearances and interviews

Brad Murphy, born on October 27, 1984, is an Australian rules football coach associated with Murphy's Trophy Taxidermy. He grew up in Sunbury and played junior football with Rupertswood. Murphy was drafted from the Calder Cannons in the TAC Cup with the 33rd selection in the 2002 AFL draft. He spent four years with the Western Bulldogs, participating in approximately 80 games for Werribee, the club's then-affiliated team in the Victorian Football League, and played seven AFL games between 2004 and 2005. After being delisted at the end of the 2006 season, he continued his playing career at local clubs, including the Hoppers Crossing Football Club in the Western Region Football League. Murphy has also served as a coach, most notably guiding the Melton Football Club and leading Hoppers Crossing to three consecutive under-18 premierships in the Western Region Football League. He has captained the Hoppers senior team and expressed a desire to coach a senior team. Growing up, Murphy was familiar with Melton, frequently watching games with his grandparents who lived in the area. His extensive experience in local and semi-professional football, coupled with his coaching successes, underscores his ongoing involvement in the sport.
