Billy West: podcast appearances and interviews

Billy West, born William Richard Werstine in 1952, is an American voice actor and musician recognized for his extensive work in voice acting. He has provided voices for a wide range of animated characters, including Bugs Bunny in the 1996 film Space Jam, the title characters of Doug and The Ren and Stimpy Show, and several other projects. West's voice acting portfolio also includes characters for Disney, such as Ellyvan the Elephant in Jungle Junction and Bashful in The 7D. He is known for voicing characters in the animated series Futurama, including Philip J. Fry, Professor Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg, and Zapp Brannigan. Beyond animation, West has voiced commercial characters like the Red M&M and Buzz for Honey Nut Cheerios. His voice versatility extends to classic characters like Elmer Fudd, Popeye, Shaggy Rogers, Rocket Raccoon, Muttley, and Woody Woodpecker. In addition to his voice work, West was a regular performer on Boston's WBCN 104.1 FM during the 1980s.
