Bill Curry: podcast appearances and interviews

William Alexander Curry, born on October 21, 1942, is an American former football player and coach. He played college football for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets from 1962 to 1964 before pursuing a ten-season career in the National Football League as a center. During his NFL career, Curry played for four teams: the Green Bay Packers, the Baltimore Colts, the Houston Oilers, and the Los Angeles Rams. After retiring from playing, he transitioned into coaching and held head coaching positions at several universities. Curry served as the head coach at Georgia State University, which began its college football program in 2010. Prior to that, he was the head football coach at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1986, at the University of Alabama from 1987 to 1989, and at the University of Kentucky from 1990 to 1996. Between his coaching tenures at Kentucky and Georgia State, Curry worked as a football analyst for ESPN. Throughout his career, Curry has been recognized as a coach, communicator, educator, motivator, author, and leader, contributing significantly to American football both on and off the field.
