Bev Yanez: podcast appearances and interviews

Beverly Goebel Yanez, born Beverly June Goebel on July 19, 1988, is an American soccer coach and former professional player. She is currently the head coach of Racing Louisville FC in the National Women's Soccer League. During her playing career, Yanez competed as a forward for multiple teams across different leagues, including Reign FC in the NWSL, Melbourne City in the Australian W-League, INAC Kobe Leonessa in Japan's Nadeshiko League, PK-35 in Finland's Naisten Liiga, and the Western New York Flash and Washington Freedom in the Women's Professional Soccer league. Yanez distinguished herself as the top scorer in Japan's Nadeshiko League in 2013, receiving the Golden Boot award, and was also a leading scorer for the Seattle Reign during the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Her performances earned her a place on the Best XI teams in both her top-division leagues. After a professional playing career that included multiple accolades, she announced her retirement from professional soccer on February 10, 2020. She has since transitioned into coaching and has served as the head coach of Racing Louisville FC, where she has been recognized as the NWSL Coach of the Year.
