Bernie Leadon: podcast appearances and interviews

Bernard Matthew Leadon III, born on July 19, 1947, is an American singer, musician, and songwriter known for his role as a founding member of the Eagles. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 for his contributions to the band. Before joining the Eagles, Leadon was part of four country rock bands: Hearts & Flowers, Dillard & Clark, Linda Ronstadt & the Corvettes, and the Flying Burrito Brothers. He is a multi-instrumentalist with skills in guitar, banjo, mandolin, steel guitar, and dobro, originating from a bluegrass background. Leadon played a significant role in introducing elements of bluegrass and country rock to mainstream audiences during his tenure with the Eagles. Following his departure from the band, his solo career has been intermittent, resulting in two albums under his name, with a significant 27-year gap between releases. Despite this, he has continued to work as a session musician, contributing to numerous other artists' records.
