Ben Gillies: podcast appearances and interviews

Ben Gillies is a sales manager at A&I Coatings. Although he is primarily known for his music career, Gillies has also established himself in the business sector. He gained prominence as a drummer for the Australian rock band Silverchair, which he was part of from 1992 until the band went on hiatus in 2011. In addition to his work with Silverchair, Gillies formed Tambalane in 2003 with Wes Carr. The project was initially a songwriting collaboration that led to the release of a self-titled album in 2005 and a tour across Australia. Following the disbandment of Silverchair, Gillies focused on his solo music endeavors and was working on a solo album that marked a departure from his earlier work with Tambalane. In 2012, he formed a band called Bento, where he performs as the lead vocalist. The band released its debut album, titled Diamond Days, expanding his musical repertoire.
