Ashley Tisdale: podcast appearances and interviews

Ashley Michelle Tisdale-French is an American actress and singer born on July 2, 1985. She began her career as a child, appearing in over 100 advertisements and taking on minor roles in television and theater productions. Tisdale gained widespread recognition with her role as Maddie Fitzpatrick in the Disney Channel teen sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody from 2005 to 2008. Her prominence increased further when she starred as Sharpay Evans in the High School Musical film series between 2006 and 2011. The success of these films led to her signing with Warner Bros. Records and releasing her debut studio album, Headstrong, in 2007. The album was commercially successful and received a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. In addition to her music career, Tisdale provides the voice of Candace Flynn in the Disney animated series Phineas and Ferb, which aired from 2007 to 2015 and resumed in 2025. Her second album, Guilty Pleasure, was released in 2009 but did not achieve the same commercial success, after which she parted ways with Warner Bros. Records. Tisdale expanded her work in film and television, appearing in productions such as Hellcats and the High School Musical spin-off film Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, which she also produced through her company Blondie Girl Productions. She continued her music career with new releases in 2018 and 2019, including her third studio album Symptoms. Recently, she starred in the CBS sitcom Carol's Second Act, participated as a panelist on The Masked Dancer, and lent her voice to the interactive video game The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes.
