April Smith: podcast appearances and interviews

April Smith is an American novelist, television writer and producer. Her recent work includes the novel Home Sweet Home, which falls within the genre of suspenseful historical fiction. Smith has authored multiple books, including A Star For Mrs. Blake, which was selected by the Cincinnati Public Library as their 2014 On The Same Page all-city reads book. She is also known for a series of four mystery and thriller novels featuring FBI Special Agent Ana Grey, one of which, Good Morning, Killer, was adapted into a television production and executive produced by Smith for TNT Mystery Movie Nights in 2011. In addition to her fiction, Smith has authored a stand-alone thriller titled Be the One about the only woman baseball scout in the major leagues. She is affiliated with The Survivors’ Nest and has contributed to writing instruction through her work Simplify Your Writing Instruction: A Framework.
