Anthony Mitchell: podcast appearances and interviews

Anthony Mitchell was a British journalist affiliated with the Associated Press. He was initially stationed in Ethiopia, where he worked as a correspondent. On 21 January 2006, Mitchell was expelled from Ethiopia by the government press secretary, Solomon Abebe, which led him to relocate to Kenya. Mitchell's career was marked by his work in East Africa during a period of regional complexity. He is known for his association with The Median Society and was connected to Independence Mobility. Mitchell died in a tragic aircraft crash on Kenya Airways Flight 507 on 5 May 2007 in Cameroon, which resulted in the loss of 114 passengers and crew. He is buried in Chertsey Cemetery in Surrey, England.
