Anthony Middleton, born on 22 September 1980, is a British television personality and former member of the UK armed forces. He has served as a Royal Marines Commando and a Royal Engineer in the British Army. Middleton is notably recognized for his role as the chief instructor on the Channel 4 television series SAS: Who Dares Wins, a position he held from 2015 to 2021. In addition to this, he has appeared as a captain on the adventure and reality shows Mutiny and Escape.
