Anodea Judith: podcast appearances and interviews

Anodea Judith, born Judith Ann Mull on December 1, 1952, in Elyria, Ohio, is an American author, therapist, and public speaker specializing in the chakra system, bodymind integration, somatic therapy, and yoga. She has authored the book Wheels of Life: A User's Guide to the Chakra System and has maintained a private practice for over twenty years. Judith actively presents workshops at holistic retreat centers, yoga studios, Neo-Pagan and New Age events, and training institutes both nationally and internationally. She has served as the president of the Church of All Worlds from 1986 to 1993 and founded Lifeways, a school dedicated to the study of healing and magical arts, in 1983. Additionally, she is a founding member of Forever Forests and is on the faculty of the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Judith is the founder and director of Sacred Centers, an organization focused on chakra studies. She has a son named Alex, and her brother is the actor and singer-songwriter Martin Mull.
