Annie Lederman: podcast appearances and interviews

Annie Lederman is an American stand-up comedian and podcast host born on July 20, 1983. Her comedy often discusses her troubled past, including her struggles with alcoholism during her teenage and young adult years. Born in Philadelphia, she attended the College of Santa Fe, where she studied art, before relocating to New York City to pursue a career in comedy. Lederman has appeared on the MTV series Girl Code and has hosted several TV shows including We Have Issues on E! and Chelsea Lately, as well as the comedy panel show @midnight. She is also known for providing the voice of Cheryl Fawkes in the video game Grand Theft Auto V. Additionally, Lederman has taken supporting film roles in movies such as The Long Dumb Road in 2018 and Terrifier 3 in 2024. Since 2019, she has hosted her own podcast titled AnnieWood, which was originally called Meanspiration. She was also a co-host of the podcast Trash Tuesday from 2021 to 2024, alongside Esther Povitsky and Khalyla Khun.
