Anne-Marie Imafidon: podcast appearances and interviews

Anne-Marie Imafidon is a British-Nigerian social entrepreneur and computer scientist. She is the founder and CEO of Stemettes, a social enterprise established in 2013 that promotes women in STEM careers. Imafidon has a background working for companies including Hewlett-Packard and Deutsche Bank. She has spoken at numerous international conferences, such as the Web Summit, SXSW, and the Women of the World Festival. Her roles extend to serving on several advisory boards and councils, including the Advisory Board of the Girl Guides, the Council of Digital Economy, and the Institute for the Future of Work where she is a trustee. Recognized for her contributions, she was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire. In June 2022, she was announced as the President of the British Science Association for 2022–2023. As of February 2024, Imafidon holds the position of Chancellor at Glasgow Caledonian University. Her work focuses on encouraging diversity and inclusion in STEM fields, and she is actively involved in initiatives that support the future of work and digital economy advancements.
