Anne Celeste Heche was an American actress recognized for her work across a variety of genres in film, television, and theater. Her career began on the NBC soap opera Another World from 1987 to 1991, where she earned a Daytime Emmy Award for her portrayal of twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love. She made her film debut in 1993 with a minor role in The Adventures of Huck Finn, and her profile increased in 1997 with appearances in films such as Donnie Brasco, Volcano, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and Wag the Dog. Anne Heche died at age 53 from injuries sustained in a high-speed car crash in August 2022.
