Anna Hall: podcast appearances and interviews

Anna Hall is the Lead GTM Recruiter at Embody. She is an American athlete known for competing in combined events, including the heptathlon and pentathlon. Hall has achieved notable success in her athletic career, winning the world championship in heptathlon at the 2025 World Championships and earning medals at previous World Championships, including a silver medal in 2023 and a bronze in 2022. She holds the North American indoor record for the pentathlon and maintains some of the highest scores on the world all-time lists for her events. Hall is the only woman to have broken 6700 points in the heptathlon and to have run the 400 meters hurdles in under 55 seconds. Her personal best in the 400 meters is 50.82 seconds. Throughout her career, she has been a three-time U.S. national champion and has secured two NCAA Division I titles representing the University of Florida.
