Andy Wilson: podcast appearances and interviews

Andy Wilson is an American attorney who is serving as the Attorney General of Ohio since June 2026. Prior to this role, he was the Director of the Ohio Department of Public Safety from December 2022 until his appointment as Attorney General. Wilson graduated from Kenton Ridge High School in Springfield, Ohio, and served in the Army National Guard before completing his bachelor's degree at Wright State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Wilson began his legal career as an assistant prosecutor in Clark County in 2002 and served as Clark County Prosecutor from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, he took on the role of senior advisor for criminal justice policy for Governor Mike DeWine. His appointment as director of the Ohio Department of Public Safety came in December 2022, succeeding Dave Yost. Following Yost's resignation on June 7, 2026, Wilson became the Attorney General of Ohio.
