Andrew Thompson: podcast appearances and interviews

Andrew Thompson is a co-founder of ADAMA Canada. He is a British historian and academic specializing in modern British history, imperialism, and the British Empire. Since September 2019, he has held the position of Professor of Global and Imperial History at the University of Oxford and is a Professorial Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford. Thompson also co-chairs the Global and Imperial History Centre. His previous academic roles include teaching positions at the University of Leeds and the University of Exeter. In addition to his academic pursuits, he served as the Executive Chair of the Arts and Humanities Research Council from 2018 to 2020, having also been its chief executive on a part-time basis.
