Andrew Ng: podcast appearances and interviews

Andrew Yan-Tak Ng is a British-American computer scientist and technology entrepreneur who specializes in machine learning and artificial intelligence. He was a cofounder and head of Google Brain and served as the former Chief Scientist at Baidu. Ng is an adjunct professor at Stanford University, where he was previously an associate professor and Director of the Stanford AI Lab. He has also contributed to online education by cofounding Coursera and DeepLearning.AI, and has led efforts to democratize deep learning through online courses that have reached over eight million students. His work in the field has earned him global recognition, including being named in Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in 2012, Fast Company's Most Creative People in 2014, and the Time100 AI Most Influential People in 2023. In 2018, he launched and currently heads the AI Fund, a venture aimed at supporting artificial intelligence startups with an initial investment of 175 million dollars. Ng is also the founder of LandingAI, which develops AI-powered SaaS products. On April 11, 2024, Amazon announced his appointment to its board of directors.
