Andrew Hansen: podcast appearances and interviews

Andrew John Hansen, born on 18 September 1974, is an Australian comedian, musician, and author. He is best known for his role as a member of the satirical team The Chaser, with whom he co-wrote and starred in numerous ABC Television shows including CNNNN, The Chaser Decides, Chaser News Alert, The Chaser's War On Everything, Yes We Canberra!, The Hamster Wheel, The Hamster Decides, and The Chaser's Media Circus. Hansen also served as co-showrunner of Australian Epic in 2023. Beyond television, he was a producer and regular panellist on The Unbelievable Truth in 2012. Additionally, Hansen has co-written and performed in The Chaser's stage productions such as Cirque du Chaser and The Chaser's Age of Terror Variety Hour. He collaborated with Chaser colleague Chris Taylor on the scripted radio comedy series The Blow Parade, which was broadcast on triple j and later released on CD and through the iTunes Store. Hansen's diverse career spans comedy, music, and writing, making him a notable figure in Australian satirical entertainment.
