Andrew Goldstein, born on March 17, 1986, in Reston, Virginia, is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He attended James Madison University, graduating in 2008. Goldstein began his music career as a singer in the band The Friday Night Boys, which was signed to Fueled by Ramen. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple genres with a diverse array of artists including Maroon 5, Megan Thee Stallion, Katy Perry, Tate McRae, Addison Rae, Linkin Park, Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, 5 Seconds of Summer, Blink-182, Kane Brown, blackbear, Yungblud, Reneé Rapp, LANY, and ILLENIUM. In addition to his work with other artists, Goldstein also releases music as a solo artist and is sometimes credited under the name FRND, which is a disemvoweling of 'friend'. Currently, he is the managing director and founder of Goldstein Legal.
