Andrew Gelman: podcast appearances and interviews

Andrew Eric Gelman, born on February 11, 1965, is an American statistician and academic at Columbia University. He holds the position of Higgins Professor of Statistics and also serves as a professor of political science. Gelman completed his undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in mathematics and physics in 1986 as a National Merit Scholar. He further advanced his education at Harvard University, where he obtained a Master of Science degree in 1987 and a Doctor of Philosophy in 1990, both in statistics. His doctoral work was supervised by Donald Rubin. Throughout his career, Gelman has contributed to the fields of statistics and political science through his academic research and teaching.
