Andrew Gardner: podcast appearances and interviews

Andrew Gardner (born 25 September 1932, died 2 April 1999) was an English newsreader known for his work on Independent Television News in the United Kingdom during the 1960s and 1970s. He was among the original presenters of the News at Ten bulletin when it launched in July 1967. Gardner continued his broadcasting career by reading the news on Thames At 6, a regional bulletin broadcast on Thames Television, from 1977 until his retirement in mid-1992. He later became a Professor of Anthropology at the University of Puget Sound, leveraging his diverse professional background in media and academia.
