Allison Lee: podcast appearances and interviews

Allison Lee is an American attorney with experience in government service and legal academia. She served as a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2019 to 2022, during which time she also briefly held the position of acting chair from January to April 2021. Lee is affiliated with FluidEdge Consulting as the Senior Director of the Government Programs Practice, bringing her extensive expertise in securities regulation to her role. Following her tenure at the SEC, she has engaged in academia as an adjunct professor at the New York University School of Law. In 2023, she joined the whistleblower law firm Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, expanding her work in legal advocacy and compliance.
