Ahman Green is the director of esports at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a former professional football running back who played 12 seasons in the National Football League. Green played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, where he earned second-team All-American honors in 1997. After being selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the 1998 NFL draft, he played two seasons with them before being traded to the Green Bay Packers. During his tenure with the Packers, he played for eight of the next ten seasons and achieved notable success, including being a four-time Pro Bowl selection and holding the franchise record for rushing yards. Green also played for the Houston Texans before ending his playing career. Prior to his current role at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he served as the head esports coach at Lakeland University until the end of 2022.
