Adrienne Barbeau: podcast appearances and interviews

Adrienne Jo Barbeau, born June 11, 1945, is an American actress and author. She gained prominence in the 1970s through her performances on Broadway, notably as the original Betty Rizzo in the musical Grease. On television, she played Carol Traynor, the divorced daughter of Maude Findlay, on the sitcom Maude from 1972 to 1978. In 1980, Barbeau expanded her career into film, participating in horror and science fiction genres. Her notable work includes roles in The Fog, Escape from New York, Creepshow, and Swamp Thing. She also contributed her voice to the character of Catwoman in the DC Animated Universe. During the 2000s, she appeared on the HBO series Carnivàle, portraying the character Ruthie.
