White Oak Pastures is a sixth-generation, family-owned organic farm located in Bluffton, Georgia. Founded in 1866, it spans approximately 3,200 acres and is recognized as the largest and most diverse organic farm in Georgia. The farm transitioned to regenerative, holistic practices in 1995, focusing on multi-species livestock rotation to enhance soil health and promote a living ecosystem. The farm produces a variety of pasture-raised, grass-fed, and humanely raised animal products from ten livestock species, including beef, lamb, goat, pork, chicken, and more. It also offers pasture-raised eggs, leather products, and certified organic vegetables. White Oak Pastures emphasizes animal welfare and environmental sustainability, with a commitment to artisan, small-batch production. The farm operates on-site processing facilities for both red meat and poultry, ensuring a consistent supply of products year-round. Sales are made through an on-farm store, online, and wholesale channels, including partnerships with retailers like Whole Foods Market.
