About

Void Vator is a heavy Los Angeles rock band with influences coming from Megadeth, Pantera, Nirvana, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Foo Fighters, and Soundgarden. Void Vator was born in late 2015, when Lucas Kanopa (lead vocals and guitar) met guitarist Erik Kluiber (Gypsyhawk, White Wizzard) in North Hollywood. The two of them hit it off musically, and shared a similar vision, and thus Void Vator was formed. Not long after that, Kanopa's long-time friend German Moura (White Wizzard) was added to the band to play drums. Bass-player Sam Harman was added to the band in 2017. After only a few months into Void Vator's history Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum rock producer Ulrich Wild (Detklok, Pantera, Static-X, White Zombie, Deftones, Breaking Benjamin) got a wind of the new act in town. Ulrich decided to produce, engineer and mix Void Vator's first EP 'Dehumanized' (2017). Since then Void Vator's success has been growing rapidly. Void Vator has released two music videos for the songs "Time Has Come" and "No Return," both shot and directed by Janilee Svardstal (German's wife). Janilee's videos have propelled the awareness of Void Vator and attained a global audience through well received Youtube and Facebook views. The best way to keep up with Void Vator's activities is through social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat. Pick up your copy of "Dehumanized" at one of their shows or online at www.wurmgroup.bigcartel.com which offers both physical and digital copies. It is also available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Google Music, and Apple Music.
